Larry Clynch

Larry Clynch has over 40 years experience in the domestic and international pipeline and terminal business. He has extensive experience in the engineering, design, construction, operation and management of refined product pipelines, refined product terminals, crude mainline and gathering pipelines systems, marine crude terminals, slurry pipelines, coal handling facilities, and LPG facilities; Collateral experience in crude oil trading and coal mining operations. More than ten years of Larry's career were spent internationally or outside CONUS, primarily in pipeline projects north of the arctic circle, both in Alaska and Siberia. He also has six years of international relations in technical representation on behalf the United States.

Ronald G. Fanning

Ron Fanning has over 40 years of experience and education in the petro/chemical career field from entry level to specific laws governing the field. Ron retired from the United States Sir Force as Fuels Superintendent after serving more than 20 years in the petroleum field in the United States and Internationally. Ron is thoroughly familiar with all types of terminal standards including writing fuel/chemical handling procedures, health and safety.

Ron has been involved in most aspects of the fuels/chemical field—strawman procedures, due diligence, regulations, laws, budgeting, safety and supervision are just a few of the areas he has overseen.

Lynn Hohensee

Lynn E. Hohensee specializes in marketing communications and public relations support for small, medium and large businesses and non-profit organizations.

Lynn has been under contract with the West Calcasieu Port where he has served as port director since June 2006. From 2005-2009, he held a contract position with the United Way of Southwest Louisiana serving as Coordinator, Housing Initiatives and continues to provide communications consulting services to the United Way.

In February 2003, Hohensee formally retired from ConocoPhillips (formerly Conoco) after 22 years of service. In his final position with ConocoPhillips, he served as the regional director-public relations for the company's Gulf Coast Business Unit headquartered in Lake Charles, from March 1999 to September 2002. Prior to joining Conoco, he held corporate communications/community relations positions for Shell Oil Company in Louisiana and Texas for eight years.
